Under the responsibility of the Internet & Mobile BA Domain Manager, the eBanking Business Solution Manager will:

  • Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis;
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs;
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers in different geographical locations to analyze functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirement Statement Sheet, General Functional Requirement Document, Detailed Functional Requirement Document);
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; identify upfront dependencies with other teams potentially involved within the project;
  • Define Test strategy and co-ordinate UAT;
  • Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the solutions;
  • Co-ordinate and chair meetings with project stakeholders from all levels from sponsor to project team;
  • Be the liaison between the business units and technology teams.

Expected skills/Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with 5 to 8 years of working experience or more;
  • Experience in eBanking (PC, Tablet, Smartphone) activities within a Wealth Management context
    Past experience on smartphone banking App is a must.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts;
  • Experience in working in project using establish project management process methodology such as CMMI and Agile SCRUM;

Job Description:

  • To make the first analysis of the KYC files and determine what needs to be updated based on the policy set by Financial Security
  • To seek public information (on internet, subscription databases etc.) to complete or update the KYC files
  • In coordination with the Front Office, to complete or update any required non-public information
  • To complete the search of all names for adverse information, PEP and OFAC/EU lists
  • To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules
  • To carefully and pro-actively follow-up his/her own files
  • To be part of department methods and process improvement

Job Requirements:

  • At least a related degree/diploma holder
  • Good knowledge in corporation law and/or financial analysis
  • KYC related experience (minimum of 2 years on low/medium and high risk file)
  • Possess strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Salary Range: 3000 to 4500

Job description:

In your new role you will:

  • Order & forecast entries in SAP including schedule agreements and end customer assignments
  • Conduct initiation of shipments including handling emergency shipments
  • Be involved in order change management, cancellation & rescheduling
  • Track orders, early warnings and implement order improvements
  • Be the Customers main data interface: delivery stop, delivery address, incoterms, forwarder, sales group.
  • Be the Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) interface to customers and return centres
  • Build internal and external relationships with a strong focus on timely communication to customers
  • Ensure data maintenance in terms of material determination, substitutes and exclusions
  • Inquire about and manage product substitutes with sales/supply chain planning to improve customer supply situation
  • Be involved in Electronic Data interchange (EDI) handling including workflows
  • Execute allocation management and processes
  • Reduce s-blocked stocks

Job Requirements:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Production Planning or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain & Demand Fulfilment, with experience semi-conductor industry would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work the night shift: 12 am to 9 am (GMT UTC +8:00), 5 days per week to support customers in North, Central and South America.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Good time management skills with great attention to detail and conflict management skills

Salary Range: 3000 to 4500

Job Description:

  • Support pricing team in daily pricing and quoting Request for Quotations (RFQs)
  • Responsible for pricing data / analysis to support pricing team in their annual price negotiations with customers
  • Support in reports preparation and pricing related projects
  • Ensure proper maintenance of customer price updates for compliance and audit purpose.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / IT / Engineering
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in using SAP / Business Objects / Oracle systems preferred
  • Data mining skills are added advantage
